Michelis Egidio is an Italian company specialized in the food sector, based in Piedmont. It was founded in 1919 as a small artisan laboratory of fresh pasta and pastry. Over the years, the distribution network has increased, thanks to the professionalism and quality of the products. Thus, the small laboratory became a top quality brand, gaining attention for its artisan production, in Italy and several countries in the world.
Michelis Egidio operates in the market of egg pasta (dry, fresh and frozen), ready sauces and baked products typical of the Piedmontese tradition (breadsticks, cakes and meliga pastas from the Monregalese area).
The company was among the first in Italy to obtain certification from CSQA on the traceability of raw materials (UNI 11020: 02).
